“Awesome boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Room is small but absolutely perfect for what we needed. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable!”
“Quaint, quiet and felt secure. Great outdoor spaces to hang out. No manned reception desk which didn’t allow us to ask questions or get recommendations. Only downside.”
“This is a good spot for getting in some quiet time. I prefer a more social place or at least someone available at the location. The check in was easy and there is a kitchen downstairs. Rooms are tiny and very quiet! Online it says they would help with tours but doesn’t seem accurate. There is a terrace space and cute back patio. Simple place if you just need a place to rest your head.”
“As someone who works at a hotel myself, This hotel was so extremely impressive! Its a beautiful space in a great location, the owner is very responsive, the staff and housekeepers didn't speak english, but would do their absolute best to help me anyway. We will come here every time we visit CDMX!! I highly recommend Casa Lalique, you can't go wrong with them!!”
“Casa Lalique was such a great find in Condesa. From the moment we booked, the staff were incredibly helpful. Their instructions for getting in were clear and seamless, which made arrival totally stress free. Throughout our stay they were warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming every time we came and went. The room itself was compact, but honestly perfectly designed for travelers. Every inch of space was thoughtfully used, with smart places to store your things so it never felt cluttered. You can tell they really understand how people travel. There were little touches that stood out, like a specific cloth just for cleaning your shoes so you don’t ruin the white towels, which felt surprisingly considerate. The filtered water in the room was also such a nice, practical detail. The outdoor spaces were another highlight. The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for getting a bit of remote work done, and the rooftop patio was really charming. On top of all that, it was very affordable for the quality and location. It’s tucked on a quiet side street but just blocks from everything you want in Condesa. Central, walkable, yet calm at night. It was a wonderful stay overall, and I’d absolutely come back.”
“The location of the hotel is excellent, very safe and quiet. The check in process was excellent, good communication via WhatsApp. Even though the staff don’t speak English, they are very friendly and always willing to help. Unfortunately we got the worst room in the hotel. We stayed in the Pocion room for 5 nights and it was terrible. It was right in the middle of the front door, walkways and living areas. The room had no sound insulation so we heard every single person coming and going, there was even someone using a blender at 7am in the morning. We didn’t get much sleep unfortunately, the room was also very small so it was hard to move around. I would recommend the hotel but avoid the room we had.”
